“In a small little gym in a community centre in Cosmo City is where I met a really amazing man,” says Shayne. “Claude Maphosa is a former bodybuilder and the owner of the A-Team gym.”

Claude says he got the opportunity of a lifetime to open the gym about four years ago, and noticed that many grannies were visiting… and were particularly interested in the boxing part of the gym.

One 67-year-old told Shayne she believes Claude is doing something very special for the community… and it’s good for her health.
