WATCH Awesome Moment as Cruise Ship Guests Party to South African Song

Check out this awesome video of guests aboard a cruise ship jolling to ‘Ndihamba Nawe’, the 2007 hit by award-winning SA duo Mafikizolo.

Forgetting all the world’s troubles and strife on Wednesday – the same day the State Capture Report was released – guests aboard MSC Sinfonia clearly loved South African musician Chris Clarke’s brilliantly enthusiastic performance of the song, commonly known as ‘Hamba Nawe’. Many said it brought back memories.

The Pretoria singer said: “What a great moment!”

Chris joined MSC Sinfonia a month ago in Venice, and has been hanging out in Mauritius, the Seychelles and Mozambique (where this was filmed in Maputo). The ship is currently docked in Durban, before heading back to Mozambique.

“We’re on board tomorrow,” said one social media user on Chris’ Facebook page. “Please do ‘Hamba Nava’ for us as well Christopher?”
