It is South African Music Awards (SAMAs) weekend – with local artists and fans gathered at Sun City, in the North West, to celebrate and honour those who have worked hard in the previous year.
This is the 24th year of recognising talent in the local music industry.
The first night of the SAMA’s took place on Friday where several artists scooped awards… although this was not broadcast live.
The reality TV show star and dancer, Somizi Mhlongo will be the host of tonight’s main ceremony, which will be broadcast. He will join forces with Radio host Dineo Ranaka and comedian Mpho Popps.
Tomorrow I will be in your screens. #SAMA24
