It’s almost time for indulging in some desserts again this week but when it’s cold and gloomy, you need something wholesome and heartwarming. This pudding with toasted marshmallows is the perfect dessert for the whole family. It puts a tasty twist on the classic that can be found all around the world.

The recipe is super simple and you can use fresh vanilla pods or essence for flavouring. The marshmallow topping is fun to make and you’ll definately be sneaking some when making it. Even though you’ve got a topping, you can still add some fresh fruit or berry compote for that extra bit of sweetness. Another popular addition is nuts and banana.
