The beachside town on Kwa-Zulu Natal’s North Coast recently created their own version of Pharrell Williams’ hit song “Happy” (watch below).
The video features the best of Ballito including many members of the community who “make it the incredible place it is”, according to Tamryn Christy Lambson from ILoveBallito, an online community for the area.
The video features local firemen, lifeguards, paramedics, as well as a few celebrities too from Springbok AJ Venter and Radio personality Mags van der Westhuizen to singer-producer personality Patricia Lewis and up-and-coming singer Majozi (featured on 5fm and Espresso morning show).
