This little pink teddy apparently was lost, and the Dutch couple who found it during their holiday to South Africa would dearly love to return it to its owner, who they presume is a young girl.
Hylke Walters and her partner rented a car from the Hertz branch at OR Tambo International Airport on 3 January 2017.
They say the little teddy had been left behind in the car, squashed between the seats, and so it joined them on their amazing trip to the Kruger National Park – the video below includes several photos and video footage of Teddy and the animals – including lion, elephant, baby rhino and giraffe… and even a hard-working dung beetle.
Hylke posted the video to a SanPark’s group page on facebook, saying: “We spent 13 days in the Kruger with a special guest… a teddy bear that we found in our rental car. Our hope is that we can reunite it with the little girl that lost it but Hertz is not very cooperative yet.
“Since this bear was a resident of SanParks for 13 days I hope that we can use this medium for the good cause.
“Can you please please all share it on your own facebook? That would be so sweet!”
Teddy now has her own facebook page: Where is my mommy?
