The Victoria’s Secret supermodel – and South African super-mom – has decided to move out of the East Village apartment in favour of something a little larger, following the birth of her son Anacã (with Brazilian fiancé Hermann Nicoli) in October.
Candice bought the flat for $1.35 million in 2010. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, stunning city skyline views and is in a full-service luxury building (including a gym) with a doorman round the clock. Pets are allowed.
Rent is $6,200 per month (which is less than the $8,995 it was listed for in July).
According to Forbes magazine Swanepoel was the eighth highest-paid model of 2016. She aims to be back on the catwalk next year.
