Minnie is the daughter of Jabulani and Queen Dlamini. Her father is the chairman and founder of Sidingulwazi Holdings Co-Operative Limited. In addition, he is the current managing director of Treble Panel Beating and Spray Painting.
She had a younger brother called Khosini Dlamini, a pilot, who, unfortunately, passed away in 2020. Khosini had suffered from a brain aneurysm in 2019 which led to his passing, after a year on life support.
