Adam Sandler Attacked by Cheetah in South Africa

Hollywood superstar Adam Sandler has confessed that he thought he was going to die in South Africa…when he was attacked by a cheetah. (View the video below.)

“All I was going to do was let him eat me,” said Sandler, “There was not one part of me that was going to fight back. I was like, ‘So this is how I’m dying. That’s great.'”

Sandler shared a video of the cheetah “attack” on David Letterman’s US Talk Show, in which you can see Sandler crouching down near the water when the cheetah jumps on his back. He learnt afterwards “you were not supposed to bend down low with the water”.

Adam’s encounter with the cheetah took place during a private South African safari, whilst he was in the country recently to film “Blended” which reunites him with his ‘Wedding Singer’ co-star Drew Barrymore.

According to the film’s official synopsis, “Blended” is about a recently divorced mother of two boys (Barrymore), and widowed father of three girls (Sandler) who have a disastrous blind date…but then wind up on a discount “Familymoon” holiday at an African resort where their relationship moves from acrimonious to…you guessed it, romantic!

Sandler was on Letterman to promote his new movie “Grown Ups II” which co-stars Chris Rock.
