Okay, this was actually filmed in 2013, and it’s an Austrian acrobatic group, not South African… BUT it was filmed in South Africa and the video has gone viral this weekend (March 2017) – with over 1 million shares in three days (and millions more views). So, since today is International Day of Happiness, here’s the perfect internationally happy video!
InspireMore posted the video on Facebook on Friday saying: “I’ve never seen anything like this!”
It was first posted on YouTube in July 2013 after Day One of the second World Gym for Life Challenge Contest, which was held in Cape Town, South Africa.
The music is “Mirror Of The Two Worlds” by Cirque du Soleil… and the performance is by Zurcaroh, one of the world’s top acrobatic groups, founded in 2009 by Brazilian Peterson da Cruz Hora.
The dramatic ensemble theatrical performance earned them the Bruno Grandi trophy in Cape Town.
One video viewer said: “That could have been three hours long, I’d watch every second… Very Cool!”
In a post on YouTube today Zurcaroh says “this video is old. We have new shows!” and has posted a link to their Facebook page for more: www.facebook.com/zurcaroh/
