The run out to the village on False Bay and to Simonstown for lunch – where some 40 cars were expected, including the 1905 and 1911 Fords and Buicks in these photographs – was the first in a series of events for the old-timers.
From Monday through Thursday the South African Vintage and Veteran Association’s Veteran National will be based at the Slanghoek Mountain Resort in the Slanghoek Valley near Worcester.
