The Sharks are Heading to London

The Sharks are coming to London! The KwaZulu Natal rugby union team will be playing Saracens on the 25th of January 2014 at 3pm as part of their preparations for the upcoming Super Rugby campaign.

This clash of the hemispheres will take place at the Allianz Park which is situated in the Barnet Borough of London. The postcode for the stadium is NW4 1RL.

This will be the Sharks first warm-up match for the 2014 rugby season.

The Sharks CEO John Smit said “We are very excited to again take our team to the UK and build on the incredible support we get there from our ex-pats and locals alike. Saracens are a good fit for us as an English club with a strong South African flavour.

“It’s always good to learn from other teams and share ideas and we could think of no one better than Saracens.”

This will be the first match that Jake White will take charge of at The Sharks and will form a crucial part of the Sharks’ preparation for the start of the Super Rugby season.
