Mduduzi Mabaso as Suffocate Ndlovu
Mduduzi Mabaso joined the Mzansi Magic drama series DiepCity after Rhythm City was axed. Undoubtedly, his on-screen character of Suffocate Ndlovu will go down in the history books of soap operas as one of the best villains.

Petronella Tshuma as Pearl
No doubt she had managed to keep her private life under wraps after the canning of Rhythm City.
Setlhabi Taunyane as Bra Kop
Since the axing of Rhythm City, Bra Kop hasn’t been spotted on small screens leaving many trying to connect the dots on his whereabouts.
Sandile Nodangala as Ma Blossom
She starred as Bra Kop’s wife. After kissing her on-screen character goodbye, she switched the floor to e.tv’s drama series Scandal as Mrs Kubeka.

Mncedisi Shabangu as Khulekani Ngobese
Shabangu was best known for his hyena laugh, which had quickly become the signature of his on-screen character of Khulekani Ngobese.
The actor died in 2021, aged 54.
