Real Housewives of Durban: Sparks fly between Angel and Zama
The drama between Angel Ndlela and Zama Ngcobo heated up on the latest episode of ‘Real Housewives of Durban’.
On the most recent episode of the Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD), Jojo Robinson hosted a housewarming party where two of the new ladies got into a heated argument.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
It all started at Zama Ngcobo’s birthday party when Nqobile “Angel” Ndlela was telling the ladies about her fertility issues and Zama overheard a conversation and asked about it.
Sorisha Naidoo then explained that Angel was talking about having kids. To the shock of the rest of the group, Zama said they will talk about it, but she first needs to blow her candle and make a wish.
“What’s wrong? I want to hear it, I want us to talk about that… I’m just going to make a wish real quick,” she said to shock of everyone at the table.
Jojo Robinson then addressed the issue with Angel at her housewarming, where she said that they should have all stood up for Angel in the moment. Silindile “Slee” Wendy Ndlovu then tried to defend Zama saying she did not know.
However, Ameigh Sibahle Thompson then stepped in and said she was aware of what was being said, but she said they would come back to it.
THE ARGUMENT BETWEEN ANGEL AND ZAMA
Zama stated that she does not hate Angel, but the youngest star on the show disagreed, saying so much was said about her, behind her back. Angel explained that she comes from a city with no opportunities but she made it out and she was able to work hard.
“Zama went around telling everyone that I am broke. I don’t know where she knows my bank account from, I drive some ragged-a** car, which my parents bought for me for my 21st birthday. I’m not going to buy a new car for likes and to be looked at. She then on to say I don’t even pay my own rent and I’m claiming my father’s businesses,” she said.
“First of all, I don’t know whether you’re a businessperson or not, if you go and see on CIPC I have several businesses. I have several awards and I have earned everything that I have,” she continued.
Zama then said they should leave it there, to which Angel replied that she was nonchalant. Slee then jumped in to defend Zama, and their conversation at the time, but she then asked what was said about her.
This was the same episode that former President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma’s son, Duduzane Zuma made a cameo.
