RACHEL KOLISI CELEBRATES SCREENING IN PARIS
Springboks first lady Rachel Kolisi revealed that her husband, Siya Kolisi’s documentary Rise will be screening in Paris, France this week. Rachel and their two kids Nicholas (9) and Keziah (6) moved to Paris in August ahead of Siya’s move to Racing92 after the Rugby World Cup.
The rugby star’s documentary titled Rise:The Siya Kolisi Story will be screened in a cinema in Paris.

“I can’t believe that a few months ago we were sitting at the very first screening of RISE the Siya Kolisi story in Zwide, the community where Siya grew up. And this week we will have the first screening in the middle of Paris! The @kolisi_foundation along with @ihghotels has worked really hard to make sure this will be a night to remember,” she wrote.
“So grateful to everyone who has supported so far! Only a few tickets left, unfortunately being a cinema set up seats are limited ❤️,” she continued.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ‘RISE’
The documentary is directed by Tebogo Malope and dives into the life of Siya.
“The story of the first black South African rugby captain who against all odds led the South African national team to win the 2019 World Cup Rugby and in turn unites the country,” reads the synopsis according to IMDB.
In the documentary, Siya opens up about his complicated relationship with his father. The Springboks captain also touches on his struggle with alcoholism. Siya also dives into his intimate journey with Rachel in the documentary.
