They shared: “This year, the service will be a moment to thank all those who work to support babies, young children and families in our communities across the UK and a celebration of the golden opportunity that the birth of a new baby brings”.
Last year’s service which was also hosted by Princess Kate was dedicated to the late Queen Elizabeth II and her legacy. And the year before, 2021 honoured communities that were at the forefront serving during the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to Tatler this years’ service is expected to be linked with the Princess of Wales’ Shaping Us campaign. Launched in January of this year, the Shaping Us campaign was created to bring about awareness around early childhood development.
“It is essential, to not only understand the unique importance of our earliest years, but to know what we can all do to help raise future generations of happy, healthy adults,” Princess Kate said in a speech at a pre-launch event for the Shaping Us campaign.
