British actor Damson Idris and American model Lori Harvey have decided to go their separate ways one year after dating, confirmed on Tuesday 7 November.
Damson Idris and Lori Harvey sparked dating rumours in December 2022 and just a year later, they have decided to go their separate ways.
“We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication,” the pair said in a joint statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
“We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together,” they continued.
Since the break up, the model has removed all traces of Idris from her Instagram account. Damson is best known for starring in crime-drama series Snowfall. Lori is the adopted daughter of comedian Steve Harvey. Steve’s wife Majorie is Lori’s biological mother while the identity of her biological father is unknown. The comedian also adopted Lori’s siblings – Morgan (37) and Jason (31) when he married Majorie.
Harvey was first spotted with Idris on a night out in Los Angeles in December 2022. According to Daily Mail, the pair arrived separately at Catch LA. The publication also reported that the pair were spotted on a dinner date and at a friend’s birthday party together.
This came after Lori’s split from actor Michael B Jordan in June 2022.
Idris officially confirmed his relationship with the model by posting a photo of him kissing her cheek on his Instagram story on her birthday on 13 January.
