Katlego ‘Killer’ Mphela is ‘killing’ it in car sales
Former Chiefs player Katlego ‘Killer’ Mphela is making a killing as a car salesman despite facing judgement in the media.
A few weeks ago, South African footballer Katlego “Killer” Mphela revealed that after his career on the field came to an end, he moved on to the world of car sales. He now sells cars VW dealership in Midrand .The revelation came with a lot of backlash and negative judgment from social media users who mocked him for blowing his soccer pay checks.

He later blasted those people citing that he didn’t owe anybody an explanation for his life and choices. And now he is proven to be a great salesman after selling his first three cars in a matter of days.

KATLEGO ‘KILLER’ MPHELA MAKING IT WORK AS A CAR SALESMAN
South African soccer star Katlego “Killer” Mphela was once upon a time a big joy to watch on the soccer field.
The former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns player striker also jetted off to France where he played for RC Strasbourg Alsace and later, Stade de Reims.
During his promising career, he was 2010 league’s top goalscorer and also won the Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot award and the PSL Players’ Player of the Season.

THREE CARS DOWN
In August 2019, he announced his retirement from the game and hung up his soccer boots. He later said that he would be coaching youth players.
This year however, he shared in a now viral interview that he is now a car salesman in Midrand.
While the news was met with mixed reactions from social media users, he continues to do great. In fact he recently sold three cars at the VW dealership.
