‘Friends’ cast devastated by news of Matthew Perry’s death
Late actor Matthew Perry’s former ‘Friends’ cast mates and friends are devastated and shocked by his sudden passing.
The cast of Friends are allegedly reeling from the death of their beloved brother and friend Matthew Perry.

‘FRIENDS’ CAST: ‘MATTY WAS THEIR BROTHER’
According to Page Six Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer are shocked and devastated about their former co-star’s death. The media outlet has also shared that according to a close source the co-stars are preparing to release a joint statement.
“The cast is reeling from the loss of their brother, because that’s what Matty was their brother”, an industry source told the publication.

Friends ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004 and followed the lives of six friends who were in their 20s living in New York City. The popular sitcom not only resulted in international fame for all six co-stars but also allowed the group to form a decades-long friendship outside of work.
The source added: “It’s just devastating”.

RIP MATTHEW PERRY
Popularly known for his role as Chandler on hit TV series Friends, Perry died at his home in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, 28 October. According to TMZ the actor allegedly drowned in his jacuzzi.
After the TV show wrapped the Matthew remained particularly close with Jennifer Aniston.
Not only was she the one who reached out frequently, as noted in his 2022 interview with Diane Sawyer but he also revealed in his 2022 memoir Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing that Jennifer confronted him about his substance abuse when it became evident to his co-stars.
“She was the one that reached out the most. You know, I’m really grateful to her for that”, Perry told Diane Sawyer in a 2022 interview.
