Elon Musk seen at Super Bowl with his son amid custody battle

Elon Musk was seen with his three-year-old son X at the 2024 Super Bowl Championship on Sunday, 11 February.

South African-born billionaire Elon Musk was spotted at the 2024 Super Bowl championship with one of his sons, following an intense custody battle with his ex-partner Grimes.

ELON MUSK SPOTTED AT THE 2024 SUPER BOWL

On Sunday, 11 February the Tesla founder was seen enjoying the Super Bowl game in Las Vegas with his son X Æ A-Xii, or “X”.

In an Instagram post shared by sports apparel mogul Michael Rubin, Musk was seen with his 3-year-old on his shoulders alongside New England Patriots CEO Robert Kraft and himself behind the scenes at the big game.

Despite having a father-son da, Elon is currently embroiled in a custody battle with X’s mother, Grimes. The custody battle is reportedly over the former couple’s three children: X, their 2-year-old daughter Exa Dark Sideræl and their 1-year-old son Techno “Tau” Mechanicus.

‘LET ME SEE MY SON’

In September 2023, Grimes filed a “petition to establish parental relationship”, this petition will allow the courts to identify and determine the legal parents of a child when the parents are unmarried.

The singer has also pleaded with Elon Musk to let her see her son.

“Let me see my son”, Grimes shared on social media.

According to Page Six, three days before Grimes’ lawsuit, the Elon Musk filed a counter suit in Texas. In the filling the Space X founder is seeking to become his children’s legal parent.

The controversial billionaire also claimed that he has had the “actual care, control and possession of each child since the birth of each child”.

Musk and Grimes started dating in 2018. Two years later the popstar gave birth to her son X.
