Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided on Monday by Homeland Security officials as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation, Rolling Stone reported.
SEX TRAFFICKING INVESTIGATION: DIDDY’S HOMES RAIDED
The raid comes just four months after Cassie Ventura, the rap mogul’s ex-girlfriend accused him of sexual assault and sex trafficking. Several lawsuits have since been filed against the rap music mogul, NBC News reported.
A source speaking with the publication is reported to have dished that three women and a man were interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan about allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.
Federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations are said to have executed search warrants on Monday to raid the Miami and Los Angeles homes belonging to Diddy.
It was also reported that the Homeland Security officials have seized cell phones from the 57-year-old record producer in Miami –this as he was scheduled to depart for a trip to the Bahamas.
According to TMZ, officers had the entire area shut down with a lot of police on the ground, and at least two helicopters swarming up above Diddy’s homes.
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” a rep for Homeland Security Investigations was quoted as saying.

THE RAPPER’S PRIVATE JET TRACED
According to Fox News, at this time, it is unconfirmed whether the Last Night hitmaker is the target of the federal agents’ investigation. The publication further reported that Douglas Wigdor, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend’s lawyer has also shared a few words on the matter.
“We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct,” Wigdor was quoted as saying.
On Monday afternoon, TMZ traced Diddy’s black Gulfstream 5 private jet known as LoveAir LLC to Antigua. The private jet was reportedly found to have allegedly been on the ground in the Caribbean while Homeland Security.
According to the publication, Diddy was also spotted outside the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport sometime after the raids, therefore it is believed that he couldn’t have fled on his private jet.
