South African-born Elon Musk is the new richest person in the world, having recently surpassed France’s Bernard Arnault.
They are followed by United States’ Jeff Bezos, who rounds out the Top 3.
The rest of the Top 10, in order, are: Larry Ellison, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Larry Page, Steve Ballmer, Sergey Brin and Mark Zuckerberg
The figures are updated at the close of every trading day in New York.
