‘Izingane zeS’thembu’ returns for it’s second season
The first season of the hit reality show, ‘Izingane zeS’thembu’ was met with a lot of excitement. Season two is set to return soon.
Polygamist Musa Mseleku’s children are back with a second season of their reality TV series, Izingane zeS’thembu.
Mzansi Magic viewers were introduced to the next generation of the Mselekus who shared a glimpse of how it is growing up in a polygamous setting.
MPUMELELO MSELEKU AND HIS GIRLFRIENDS BACK FOR S2 OF ‘IZINGANE ZES’THEMBU’
Last season saw Mpumelelo Mseleku, the second eldest child and firstborn son, trying to walk in his father’s footsteps by “juggling” two women – Vuyokazi Nciweni and Tirelo Kale – whom he now shares three children with. His father has four wives, MaCele, Mayeni (Mpumelelo’s mother), MaKhumalo and MaNgwabe.
During his interview on The Venting Podcast last year, Mpumelelo said: “I love women. I would be lying if I said my father convinced me into being a polygamist. If I was doing it for my father, I would not be able to continue doing it. I am still going to continue. I won’t say how many women I plan to have, but they are more than my father has.”
The first season of Izingane zeS’thembu started with Tirelo being pregnant with her first child, and ended with Vuyokazi expecting her second.
The aspiring polygamist has been claiming readiness for marriage, for more girlfriends and more wives. In one of the episode of their family series, Uthando Nesthembu season seven, he told his parents that he wants to marry a virgin first before taking his baby mamas as his wives. However, his parents were against this idea as they told him that he needs to marry his girlfriends first.
LWANDLE, ABONGWE AND MPILO
Viewers will get to explore Mseleku’s second son, Lwandle Mseleku, outside of Mpumelelo. They will also see his romantic side as he sets out on a journey to finding love.
Abongwe Mseleku, who is considered ‘The Glue’ of the siblings, will continue to be adamant that they all need to be closer. This season she will reveal a bit more about her sexuality as she has regained a lot of confidence during her time in Johannesburg.
Another Izingane zeS’thembu cast member expected to come out of her shell this season is Mpilo Mseleku, who is turning 21 years old. Viewers will see more of her at school and how she deals with relationships outside of her siblings. Plus, with her turning 21, there are certain cultural expectations she will be confronted with.
