LIONS STAR TO LEAVE FOR FRANCE
Sirgel has proven a key man this season.
The former Griquas star has started seven times for the Lions across their 2023/2024 season to date.
He has also come off the bench five times. Sirgel has scored one try for the Lions in that time and also picked up a yellow card in the Challenge Cup clash with Ospreys.
Sirgel had joined the Lions on loan from Griquas in October 2023 making his first appearance in November.
Grenoble are currently languishing in mid-table in the French second tier.
The French outfit lost 40-3 to Agen in their most recent match.
HANRU SIRGEL AND THE SPRINGBOKS
Sirgel has only just started to generate a little bit of Springbok buzz and might find it hard to get into the discussion while in France’s second division.
Sirgel started his career in the Bulls academy.
