Acknowledging Mokoena’s stature as a prized asset. The source emphasised the anticipated negotiations.
“As much as they don’t want to stand in the player’s way for an overseas move. They want to make sure that he goes to a league and team where he will be a regular. Because that would affect his place in the national team as well. They want him to go to a club where he will improve his game. And not drop in form because of not playing. So Bournemouth are interested in him and they have made inquiries. But all will depend if the chance is there for him to go and play. That’s the most important condition for him to move to Europe,” the source concluded.
