WORK IN THE UK: TIER 2 (GENERAL SKILLS) VISA
The United Kingdom offers sponsored visas for job-seekers from other countries. The Tier 2(General Visa) allows job seekers to remain in the country for up to 5 years as non-residents.
However, applicants for this permit must have job offers from companies willing to sponsor employees.
To qualify for a Tier 2 Visa in the UK, you need :
- Certificate of Sponsorship from a UK employer.
- A minimum of 70 points (to be eligible on the Points-based System based on credentials, financial potential and proficiency in English).
- Hold sufficient funds to sustain oneself without access to public resources.
UK LEGAL MIGRATION
