CONGRATULATIONS! BERNARD PARKER EARNS COACHING DIPLOMA

Bernard Parker (37) was rushed to hospital after he was seen by soccer fans escorted off the pitch on a stretcher during the TS Galaxy FC match against Sundowns in the Carling Knockout game at Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday, 18 October. This comes after he was tackled mid-game in the 57th minute by Bongani Zungu. The “career-ending” tackle as described by several soccer fans on social media left Parker with two broken bones, SowetanLIVE reported.

Parker has been recovering incredible well since the incident. In an Instagram post, the TS Galaxy FC star also shared that he was taking it one day at a time. His wife on the other hand has rushed to her feed and posted a Coach Diploma belonging to the Striker and captioned it: “Nothing is cut in the front. Haters of the past can be gates that lead to new beginnings”. Although the issuance date of the certificate indicated that it was issued in August, soccer fans were still thrilled to see it.
