According to the Outlier Instagram page quoting Johannesburg Water, the city’s two biggest reservoirs are in Yeoville and Bryanston which each hold 102 000 kilolitres of waters.
That’s the equivalent of almost 41 Olympic-sized swimming pools.

The third biggest is Power Park (64 000 kilolitres), followed by Parktown 1 / Linksfield (62 500kl) and Illovo (48 100kl).
Places six to 10 are occupied by Crosby (46 200kl), Northcliff and Parktown 2 (both 45 500), and Alexander Park and Aeroton (both 45 000kl).
