MALEMA’S TABLE AT EFF’S 10TH-ANNIVERSARY GALA DINNER SELLS OUT
On Wednesday, Malema took to Twitter and declared, “Platinum is gone. The [EFF] asked me to sell my table, and I did precisely that.” Malema’s table had 10 seats up for grabs for R1.2 million.

The ANC also charged R1.2 million for President Cyril Ramaphosa’s table when the governing party hosted its elective conference in Nasrec, Johannesburg, in December 2022.
As previously reported, the platinum table seat comes with a three-course meal, drinks and branding opportunities. The occupiers of the table will also receive ten tickets to a VIP marquee where the EFF’s 10 year anniversary rally will be held.

The next best thing – a table with EFF Deputy President Floyd Shivambu, National Chair Veronica Mente or Secretary General Marshall Dlamini – will cost R750 000.
Earlier this week, Malema and the EFF asked the public for donations to fund the 10-year anniversary celebrations. The gala dinner will be held at Emperors Palace, while the big shindig is set to be held at South Africa’s largest stadium, the 94 000-seater FNB Stadium.
